Términos y condiciones
TERMINOS DE TRABAJO:1.- El artista comenzará con su pedido cuando reciba el pago completo2.- Se te enviará una copia del boceto, al pasar la etapa de revisión del boceto, se enviará una segunda copia con los colores base (con marca de agua para evitar plagios). Esto es para que lo revises, ver si estás conforme o si quieres realizar cambios.3.- Solo se podrán realizar los cambios en la etapa de boceto o/y en el color base, estos cambios son limitados (3 cambios gratuitos) si te pasas del limite se te cobrará un dólar por cada cambio extra.
¡! Aclaración : En el boceto podrás cambiar detalles del dibujo (pose, cara, etc.) pero en el color base SOLO se podrán cambiar los colores.4.- Hechas la correcciones necesarias se procede a terminar el producto final.¿Qué es lo que recibirás?
-Ilustración completa en formato PNG para conservar la calidad, sin marca de agua, con la firma del artista.
¡! La firma POR NINGÚN MOTIVO puede ser borrada.- Tu comisión será enviada por correo electrónico en un archivo de Drive.¿Cuándo recibirás tu comisión?
- El tiempo de entrega estimado es de dos a cuatro semanas ( cualquier inconveniente será hablado con el cliente).
!¡ Recuerda que los tiempos de entrega pueden variar dependiendo de cuantos encargos tenga el artista, pero no te preocupes el artista te dará un constante seguimiento de tu pedido y te tendrá al tanto de la situación.¿Qué datos se necesitan para realizar tu comisión?
-Descripción psicológica breve del personaje (ej: tímido, carismático, astuto, etc.)
- La pose del personaje y expresión facial.
- Especificar si es para uso personal o comercial.
- El medio de pago (PayPal o Transferencia Bancaria en el caso de ser de chile)
- Tu correo electrónicoTERMINOS DE PAGO1.- El pago es a través de PayPal, o Transferencia Bancaria (solo para Chile).
(!) El pago debe ser enviado de forma completa para poder reservar tu cupo y así dar comienzo a tu comisión.
(No se comenzará ni se tomará tu pedido hasta tener el pago completo).2.- NO se aceptan reembolsos.
Al tener el producto final o al haber efectuado el pago no tendrás la posibilidad de un reembolso, deberás tener completa seguridad si quieres o no realizar la compra.TERMINOS DE USO:1.- Derechos de autor: A pesar de haber pagado por la comisión los derechos de la ilustración aún le pertenecen al artista, le estas pagando para crear una "imagen" no para transferir sus derechos.2.- Está estrictamente prohibido el uso comercial de la ilustración, esto quiere decir, no está permitido el uso para fines comerciales donde puedas generar dinero con el.3.-Tienes el derecho de usar la comisión para USO PERSONAL ( Fondo de pantalla, icon, banner, etc)¡! En caso de que tengas interés en una comisión con fines comerciales debes contáctate por medio de correo electrónico: [email protected] (los términos y precios cambian en este caso).
¡Si encargaste una comisión se asumirá que has leído y aceptado todo los términos mencionados!

Terms and conditions
WORK TERMS:1.- The artist will start with his order when he receives the complete payment2.- A copy of the sketch will be sent to you, upon passing the sketch review stage, a second copy will be sent with the base colors (with a watermark to avoid plagiarism). This is for you to review, see if you're according or want to make changes.3.- Changes can only be made in the sketch stage or/and in the base color, these changes are limited (3 free changes) if you go over the limit you will be charged one dollar for each extra change.
! Clarification: In the sketch you can change details of the drawing (pose, face, etc.) but in the base color ONLY the colors can be changed.4.- After making the necessary corrections, we proceed to finish the final product.What will you receive?
-Full illustration in PNG format to preserve quality, without watermark, with the artist's signature.
! The signature FOR NO REASON can be deleted.- Your commission will be emailed in a Drive file.When will you receive your commission?
- The estimated delivery time is two to four weeks (any inconvenience will be discussed with the customer).
Remember that delivery times may vary depending on how many orders the artist has, but don't worry, the artist will constantly monitor your order and keep you informed of the situation.What information is needed to make your commission?

If you ordered a commission it will be assumed that you have read and accepted all the terms mentioned!
